All materials required to complete the High-Gain Antenna project in Arc Raiders

Celeste and Shani need eyes on the sky, and that means you’re doing the legwork. The High-Gain Antenna is the new player project added in the Flashpoint update, and it’s split into three stages – Sturdy Base, Data Logger, and Parabolic Dish.

Good news: it’s shorter than past projects like the Weather Monitor. Bad news: a chunk of the materials only drop during the Close Scrutiny map condition, which means you’re grinding specific conditions on specific maps. Here’s everything you need to know to get through it efficiently.

A few things worth knowing before you start

You can farm materials for later stages now. The game locks you out of viewing future stages until you complete the current one, but you can still collect and stash those materials early. If you’re running raids anyway, pick up everything ARC-related and sort it out later.

Close Scrutiny only runs on three maps – Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, and The Blue Gate. Keep that in mind when planning your sessions.

No grand final reward for completing the whole project – but each individual stage pays out decent attachments and Raider Tokens, so it’s worth doing if you’re playing regularly.

No expiry date confirmed yet, but expect it to go away with the next major update in April. Don’t sleep on it.

Stage 1 – Sturdy Base

An extra-sturdy base built to survive anything from bitter winds to sudden cloudbursts.

MaterialAmountWhere to find
ARC Alloy50Scavenging any ARC (Uncommon)
ARC Flex Rubber10Bastions, Bombardiers, Leapers, Sentinels, Ticks – also Baron Husks (Rare)
ARC Performance Steel10Bastions, Bombardiers, Hornets, Leapers, Surveyors – also Baron Husks (Rare)
Advanced ARC Powercell15Comets, Bastions, Bombardiers, Leapers, Rocketeers, Sentinels, Surveyors – also Couriers (Rare)

ARC Alloy is the only grind here – 50 is a lot of scavenging. The rest you’ll naturally accumulate across a few raids. Focus on Bastions and Bombardiers since they cover three of the four materials at once.

Stage 1 rewards: Bobcat III, Extended Light Mag III, Vertical Grip III, 100 Raider Tokens

Stage 2 – Data Logger

A closed-circuit interface for monitoring and analyzing distributed data points over time.

MaterialAmountWhere to find
RC Coolant15Close Scrutiny condition – ARC enemies
ARC Thermo Lining15Close Scrutiny condition – ARC enemies
Vaporizer Regulator4Scavenging Vaporizers during Close Scrutiny (Epic)
Assessor Matrix6Looting ARC Assessors during Close Scrutiny (Epic)

This is the grind stage. Vaporizer Regulators and Assessor Matrixes only drop during Close Scrutiny – you can’t farm these outside of that condition. A few tips:

  • Track the Assessor on the map – once it spawns, its path shows up just like Probes and Couriers. Plan your approach before engaging.
  • Only one Dolabra Blueprint per Assessor – other players are hunting it too. Get there early or expect a fight.
  • Vaporizers are no joke – their laser attacks hit hard. Don’t rush them solo if you’re undergeared.

Stage 2 rewards: Vita Spray, Photoelectric Cloak, Snap Hook, 400 Raider Tokens

Stage 3 – Parabolic Dish

A custom-built dish designed to capture distant signals even in the worst storm conditions.

MaterialAmountWhere to find
Surveyor Vault10Scavenging Surveyors – also found in Couriers (Rare)
ARC Synthetic Resin20Sentinels, Shredders, Snitches, Spotters, Turrets, Wasps – also Baron Husks and Deforester Husks (Rare)
Vaporizer Regulator15Vaporizers during Close Scrutiny (Epic)
Assessor Matrix18ARC Assessors during Close Scrutiny (Epic)

Surveyors are rare spawns, so don’t count on finding them quickly. Couriers are a more reliable secondary source for Surveyor Vaults – make a habit of looting every Courier you come across.

ARC Synthetic Resin is more straightforward – Shredders and Wasps are common enough that you’ll build up stock naturally while running other objectives.

Stage 3 rewards: TBA – expected attachments and Raider Tokens

Is it worth completing?

If you’re already playing regularly – yes, just collect as you go. The 400 Raider Tokens from Stage 2 alone is solid, and the Bobcat III from Stage 1 is a useful attachment.

If you’re a casual player who only logs in occasionally – Stage 1 is easy enough to complete without changing your habits. Stages 2 and 3 require you to actively chase Close Scrutiny conditions, which is a bigger time investment.

Either way, the project expires with the next major update. If you want it done, start now.
