1. On Buried City, find formans's barricaded apartment south of Piazza Roma.
2. Acess the foreman's digital logbook and extract.
3. On Dam Battlegrounds, reach the Power Generation Compalex area.
4. Find a way into the Controlled Access Zone, there will be ladder down.
5. Go down to Controlled Access Zone and find the room with the dock and take a photo of it. After that, the quest will be complete.
- p.s. To get inside the room, you need to activate generator with battery. Battery you can find at any corner at groundfloor randomly.
